Ajith Mankatha Collected Rs 1.24 crore in UK Box Office

Ajith golden jubilee film Mankatha has continued to rock at the UK Box Office (BO). The movie, which was released on August 31, has managed to garner Rs 1.24 crore (£11,587) at the BO despite facing a huge competition from other language films.

Sources have confirmed that Mankatha is doing good business not only in the UK Box Office but in other countries like Singapore, Malayasia, US, etc. The last week release Vandhan Vendran has collected Rs 8.65 lakhs in its first weekend at the UK Box Office.

Mankatha was at 15th place at the UK Box Office in its first weekend. The only other Indian movie featured in the list was Bollywood film Bodyguard in the first week after the release.

Ajith Kumar, Trisha Krishnan and Arjun Sarja starrer Mankatha is reportedly nearing Rs 40 crore mark at the overall Box Office collections.
